What’s the story? The reunion is definitely maybe.

Noel一席可惜Oasis無法堅持到2015，不然在”(What’s the Story) Morning Glory?”20週年巡迴演唱整張專輯將是美好計畫的言論，加上Liam第一時間的正面反應引發滿城話題，隨後的發展大家可以想像，兩兄弟開始互咬互嗆，口舌之爭似乎又把話講絕了。不論如何，Noel在節目上被Jonathan Ross「設計」三個月之後合體的情況雖然不可能發生，2015還是值得期待的，畢竟Noel的曲子搭配Liam的嗓子才不會令人感到遺憾，四年還長得很，任何事情都有可能發生，只希望這期間Gallagher兄弟好好做音樂，別把光陰精力花在炒弄復合的話題。
Well... 以目前來說，Oasis不死，只是歌迷得花兩份的時間金錢買專輯看演唱會。
Liam的新團Beady Eye發片較早，也是以Oasis的團員為基礎，世界都巡迴一圈回到英國，Neol Gallagher’s High Flying Bird的大碟才面世，因為時間前後的關係，Beady Eye理所當然地成為後Oasis時代我跑的首個Gallagher個唱。雖然Noel絕對是Oasis創作的核心，Liam倒也貢獻了一些辨識度極高的曲子，尤其是到後期階段，像”Songbird”這樣清新簡單，琅琅上口的風格延續到Beady Eye的歌曲，可以說更接近Beatles的調調，或許仍無法達到Oasis全盛時期觸動人心的國民歌曲，卻毫無疑問地十分悅耳動聽。Liam是屬於舞台的，演唱會除了親炙那獨一無二的嗓音，也看他耍酷的姿勢和動作，沒事飆一飆國罵問候大家，現在沒有老哥跟他鬥嘴，倒楣的變成舞台上的攝影師，不斷地被Liam比罵要求多拍點觀眾，前有凶神惡煞後有職業壓力，可真難為他老兄了。一切還是這麼熟悉，the beat goes on。
